FISHING – AND COOKING SCHOOL I

Learn to fish on Lake Saimaa and cook the catch for a meal in summer or in winter and visit in Taipalsaari at house of fisherman.

Program:
Day 1. Taking a room at house of the fisherman
or in the Fisherman’s Cabin, cottage on a island of Lake Saimaa
or a hotel room or a cottage at Holiday village Saimaanranta.
Planning of fishing for the next day. Dinner.
Day 2. Breakfast.
Fishing trip in summer 5 hours, in winter 3 hours.
Lunch / Picnic lunch. Preparing and cooking the catch
for a Dinner meal. Dinner.
Day 3. Breakfast.

Charge: 197,00 EUR person

Charge covers: In summer:
* Fishing trip by boat with guide for 5 hours
* Local Lake Saimaa region fishing licenses
* Fishing tackles * Catch * Rain gear
In winter: * Fishing trip with guide 3 hours
* Transfer by snowmobile to the lake and back
* Local Lake Saimaa region fishing licenses
* Fishing tackles * Catch
* Thermal overalls * Warm boots * Mitten
* Supervised preparing and cooking the catch for a Dinner meal.
* Meals: 2 x Breakfast, 1 x Lunch/ Picnic lunch, 2 x Dinner.
* Accommodation 2 nights at house of the fisherman or in the Fisherman’s
Cabin, a cottage on an island of Lake Saimaa or a hotel room or
cottage at Holiday village Saimaanranta. * Bed linen an d towels.
