We keep only before hand paid reservations.



Country side travelling agreement to cancel the reservation:

5 § Customer’s rights to cancel the reservation
Customer’s rights to cancel the reservation without some reasons
a) if cancelling happens 28 days before the service starts he have to pay dispatching costs 9 EUR
b) later then 28 days but 14 days before the service starts to pay 25 % of whole price of service.
c) later then 14 days but 48 hours before the service starts to pay 50 % of whole price of service.
If agreement be cancelled later, entrepreneur has rights to keep the whole price of service.
